He raised other man's hand, and accepted the result. I think that it is very hard someone accepting his or her fail perfectly. Nevertheless we try to that. If the competition is fair. If we don't accept the result. There is no true competition and no Olymcpic. I give a clap to all athletes who spent his or her all power and effort to win.
