The government has to suggest something else. I feel that the most urgent problem is baby care. As I said in the previous class, in Korea, when it comes to newborn babies, facilities are not enough to replace working parents. Specifically, newborn babies are sensitive and easy to be infected. And they can get huge shock from tiny incidents. In fact, we've been hearing of various accidents related with babies such as abuse, dropping the babies by babysitter's carelessness and so on.
