First member was a man whose wife was dead through  hit and run by a released prisoner who committed a previous hit and run case. And another was a single mother of a young boy. Both of them have a strong motive to avoid murderer's releasing. In fact, the grandfather of victim handled this employment by using his money to executives, though. He believes these bodyguards would kill the murderer by themselves. Initially, the bodyguards were in a dilemma protecting the murderer which was right thing. But rather their special circumstance gave them stronger pride and self confidence.
