I'd like to explain about  the Japanese movie named "Shield of Straw" which I mentioned yesterday. There is a murderer who is a  psychopath and he keeps going to kill young girls after leaving the prison. The last victim was a granddaughter and only child of a Japanese millionaire. So the grandfather of the victim placed an ad like a reward throughout all media and said that he'll give a billion yen to the person who can kill the murderer. He thought unless the murderer is taken by death penalty, the cruel accident wouldn't be ended. Then this millionaire grandfather made a website showing the murderer's location as a real time. On the other hand, the police should protect the murderer for being judged by the law not by  the individual money.
