Since JAN January 2013, I 've or (have ) worked as a senior nurse officer of my ward. I work with seven officers and six soliders soulders.  I should have to be mindful of our responsibilities; watch their action  observe their performance and know their difficulities of working study their working difficulties.  Most of all I have or (I've ) to care, manage my paitients patients and educate them about how to be stay healthy. I couldn't help being under the stress and exhausted exhaustion. wWhat do i  I have to do? What do i  I need?
