If we get a regular exercise 3times (thrice) a week. We can have a good body and health. Also, positive thinking or mind   being optimistic is good things for health. But, it's so hard for modern people because they haven't have enough personal time for themselves and they have so much many stress in their lives. We have to always try to think of ourself  ourselves and have a positive attitude.
