A terrible sex crime was commited against 7-year-old little girl in Naju contury. The girl was kidnapped in her house although she was sleeping with family. Recently, the number of sex crimes has been increased dramatically. Why do the serious crimes happen more often? how can we solve this society problem? I think it's time to consider whether a penalty against the serious crimes was too light.

I think it's time to implement death penalty against individual committed serious crimes that was too rampant.
